Warehousing & Fulfillment FAQs
Answers for brand owners planning channel launches and scale.
Do you support Amazon FBA prep and labeling?
Yes—FNSKU labeling, carton mapping, palletization, and appointment scheduling per FBA requirements. FBM flows are supported as well.
How is FEFO enforced?
Lots are prioritized by expiry date; pick paths and allocations follow FEFO rules. Exceptions trigger holds and investigation.
Can you meet retailer routing guides?
We configure carton/pallet labels, packing lists, and ASNs to the guide and verify before tendering to avoid chargebacks.
Do you manage returns?
Yes—RMA processing with inspection, disposition, and traceable documentation for replacements, credits, or destruction as required.
What about temperature-sensitive products?
We provide temperature logging where applicable and advise on pack-out, insulation, and service selection based on risk profile.
